WHEREAS: Proper notice has been received as to a change of name of Hello Dolly, Inc.
holder of an On Sale Liquor License, Sunday Liquor License, and an Entertainment
License at 490 North Robert Street, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the name of the licensee be changed from Hello Dolly, Inc. dba Hello
Dolly to Hello Dolly, Inc. dba Englund's Warehouse at the same address, with
no change of officers or stockholders, be and the same is hereby approved.

Sunday Liquor License and an Entertainment License issued
to them at 490 North Robert Street doing business as Hello
Dolly.
Proper notice has been received as to a change in the name.
It is now known as Hello Do11y, Inc. dba Englund's Warehouse.
There is no change in officers or stockholders.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division. The recommendation is for approval .
