WHEREAS: Proper notice has been received as to a change of officers and
stockholders in Globen Limited Partnership/Benglo, Inc. On Sale
Wine and On Sale Malt Licensees at 445 Minnesota Street, doing
business as The Italian Eatery, therefore, be it
RESOLVED That with the sale of stock by Lynn S. Benson and John M. Benson
to Gloria H. Mayer and Thomas R. Mayer, the current officers are
Gloria H. Mayer, President/Treasurer and Thomas R. Mayer, Vice
President/Secretary, and the stockholders are Gloria H. {�ayer and
Thomas R. Mayer, be and the same is hereby approved.

Currently Globen Limited Partnership/Benglo, Inc. holds an
On Sale Wine and On Sale Malt License issued to them at 445
Minnesota Street, doing business as The Italian Eatery. The
President is Lynn S. Benson, Secretary/Treasurer is Gloria
H. Mayer, and the Vice Presidents are Thomas R. Mayer and
� John M. Benson.
Proper notice has been received as to a change in the officers
and stockholders. Lynn S. Benson and John M. Benson have sold
their stock to Gloria N. Mayer and Thomas R. Mayer. Therefore,
the officers of the corporation are Gloria H. Mayer, President/
Treasurer and Thomas R. Mayer, Vice President/Secretary. They
are also the stockholders.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division. The recommendation is for approval .
