RESOLVED, That upon petition of the City of Saint Paul, that
property which was originally acquired for street purposes but is no
longer needed and which has been declared surplus to the needs of the
Department of Public Works , be and the same hereby is vacated and
discontinued as public property :
Except Avenue; Lot three (3) , Block eight (8) , Boulevard
Addition, City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey, State of
Minnesota according to the plat thereof on file.
Subject expressly to the following conditions and reservations :
l. That the vacation be subject to all the terLns and conditions
of Chapter 130, codified March �1, 1981, of the St, Paul Legislative
Code, as amended.
2 , T�at the said property be offered for sale by sealed bids in
accordance with Chapter 51,of the City of St . Paul Administrative Code .
