RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul acting
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , §471. 59, does hereby approve and
authorize the proper City officers to execute a Joint Powers
Agreement between the City and the County of Hennepin pertaining
to the repair and reconstruction of the Ford Bridge and providing
for the sharing of the costs of said repair and reconstruction
between the City and County of Hennepin, a copy of said Agreement
to be maintained on file in the office of the Department of Finance
and Management Services .
