The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

following action:
3. 4/10/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following streets
under the Residential Street Paving Program by regrading,
surfacing. constructing concrete curb and gutter,
refurbishing the ornamental lighting system (St.Albans
I St. , Grotto St. and Iglehart Ave. ) . reconstructing drives
b where necessary and doing all other work necessary and
incidental to said improvement : IGLEHART AVE. from Dale to
� Kent: GROTTO ST. from Hague to Selby; ST. ALBANS ST. from ,
Selby to Marshall ; HAGUE AVE . from St. Albans to Dale;
ASHLAND AVE. from St. Albans to Dale; and LAUREL AVE. from
Grotto to Dale. ,
Recommended approval .
4. 4/17/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving the following streets
under the Residential St�reet Paving Program by regrading,
constructing a bituminous roadway with concrete curb and
gutter, storm water drainage facilities , concrete
driveways and sidewalk construction at intersections where
necessary: IVY ST. from White Bear to Curve; HAZEL ST.
. frorn Ivy to Clear and HAZEL ST. from Cottage to Arlington.
Recommended approval .
5. 4/10/84 RATIFICATION OF ASSESSMENTS: For reconstruction of the
following sidewalks laid over from 1982 :
Both sides of VAN SLYKE AVENUE at 1039. 1045, 1049, 1062 ,
1048. 1042, and 1'028-30 Van Slyke:
North side FRONT AVENUE from Galtier to 60 feet west more-
or-less and West side GALTIER STREET from Front Avenue to
130 feet north more-or-less.
Both sides OTIS AVENUE at 56, 62 , 68, 71 , 73 , 79, 83 , 97.
130 Otis and the Otis sides at 2279 and 2280 Riverwood.
Recommended approval without final recommendation on
dollars.
6. RESO�UTION: of commitment for operation and maintenance
of the computerization of the traffic signals in the
Central Business District.
Recommended approval .
7 .3/22/84 ORDINANCE: Amendment to the nighttime parking ban for snow
removal and street cleaning to provide for uniform (2 : 00
AM to 7 : 00 AM) hours throughout the City:
Recommended approval.
