RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with the State of Minnesota, acting
through its State Board of Vocational-Technical Education, whereby said
Board will grant monies to the City for a special training project for
minority women, a copy of said Agreement to be kept on file and of
record in the Department of Finance and Management Services.
