St. Paul , Minnesota
Mr. President and Honorable Members:
St. Paul Chapter National Unico makes application for
permission to conduct bingo games for 52 periods at
1060 University Avenue.
This application has been made by Jack Tucci , President
and Sal Valento will be managing the games to be played
on Tuesday evenings beginning March 20, 1984 and ending
March 12, 1985, between the hours of 8:00 P.M. and 12:00 A.M.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .
