WHEF.EAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul by Council
Resolution C.F. 280949 adopted October 4� 1983 , at the rec�uest of
Richard E. Eitel � did vacate a �ortion of public street as
specifically described in said resolution; and
W�iEREF.S , the terms and conditions of said resolution incorporated
the requirement in Chapter 130 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
that the terms and conditions imposed therein be completed within
60 days ; and
ti,THEREAS , prior to the expiration of the 60 day period Richard E.
Eitel asked that he be granted a 60 day extension in the time
period for compliance ; and
WIiEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul by Council
Resolution C.F. 281345 adopted December 29 , 1953 did grant an ex-
tension of the date of compliance to February 15 , 1984; and
WHEREAS , Richard E. Eitel now requests an additional 60 day
extension in the time period for compliance .
NOW T�IEREFOP.E BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cpuncil Resolution C.F.
280949 originally adopted October 4, 1953 is amended to extend the
date of compliance an additional 60 days , which changes the date
for compliance to April 15 , 1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in all other respects Council
Resolution C.F. 230949 shall remain in full force and effect .
