RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a lease agreement covering three police
car parking lots along the north side of Eleventh Street between
Cedar and Jackson Streets whereby the City will rent said parking
places from the State of Minnesota, subject to the terms and
conditions of said Agreement, a copy of which is to be kept on
file and of record in the Department of Finance and Management
Services .

Dear Lt. Smith:
I have enclosed three copies of the proposed lease covering all three of the
police car parking lots along Eleventh Street, Following your review of
the lease will you forward the three co�:ies to the appropriate city officials
for execution by the city.
Three executed copies should be returned to me along with the $1.00 payment,
evidence of the city's self—insurability, and a copy �f the Council resolution
authorizing the lease. A fully signed copy will be returned to the city
a few weeks later.
