WHEREAS, the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul, the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul , and the City of
Saint Paul have submitted the attached proposed plat for approval ; and
WHEREAS, the plat was reviewed by the Department of Public Works prior to
the effective date of Saint Paul 's subdivision regulations; and
WHERES, the plat was found to be in compliance with existing City standards
at the time it was reviewed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this final plat for West Industrial Park No. 3.
