WHEREAS, Argonauts, Inc., have submitted the attached proposed lot split
for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split on the south side of
University Avenue between Oxford Street and Lexington Parkway described as:
Parcel 1: "The south 101 .10 feet of Lot 14 and the south 101 .10 feet
of the west 5.00 feet of Lot 15; the south 50.00 feet of Lot 15 except
the west 5.00 feet thereof; the south 50.00 feet of Lot 16; all in
Block 1 , Lindemann's Subdivision of Blocks 9 and 10, Hyde Park;"
Parcel 2: "All of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 , Lindemann's Subdivision of
Blocks 9 and 10, Hyde Park, and all that part of Lot 14, and the west
5.00 feet of Lot 15 which lie north of the south 101 .10 feet thereof;
all of Lot 15, except the west 5.00 feet and except the south
50.00 feet thereof; all in Block 1 , Lindemann's Subdivision of
Blocks 9 and 10, Hyde Park;"
Parcel 3: "Lot 1 , Lindemann's Subdivision of Blocks 9 and 10, Hyde
Park"; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
