WHEREAS: Sokols Minnesota holds a Bingo Game License expiring November 6, 1984
issued to them at the 900 Hall at 904 Rice Street, permitting them to
conduct the games on Tuesday afternoons between the hours of 1:00 and
_ 5:00 P.M. , and
WHEREAS: They have requested to transfer this license to the Ideal Hall at 1494
Dale Street, to conduct the games on Wednesday afternoons between the
hours of 1:00 and 5:00 P.M. , therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the Bingo Game License issued to Sokols Minnesota be and the same
is hereby transferred to the Ideal Hall at 1494 Dale Street, permitting
them to conduct the games on Wednesday afternoons between the hours of
1:00 and 5:00 P.M.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Sokols Minnesota requests permission for a change of bingo
game location from the 900 Hall at 904 Rice Street to the
Ideal Hall at 1494 Dale Street.
This request has been made by Marilyn Lynch, Manager, who
will manage the games to be played on Wednesday afternoons
between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division. The recommendation is for approval .
