In the Matter of improving EAST SEVENTH STREET froan Mendota Street to Johnson
Parkway by resurfacing with a bituminous material, constructing concrete
curb where necessary, reconstructing catch basins and drives where
necessary, reconstructing concrete walks at intersections where necessary
and constructing bus pads at the bus stops .
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb a proved with no alternatives nd that the esti ated cost thereof
is $ 386,000 financed by l�ub�lic Improvement Aid �.�84 - $23,00� and
Municipal State Aid 1984 - $363 000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �7 th day of Ma rch, � 2�[� , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
