RESOLVED, that one on-sale license and one sunday on-sale
license held by Northern Track Corporation are hereby transferred
to certain premises within the building located at 214 E. 4th
Street, in accordance with the site plans therefor on file or
to be filed with the License Inspector, on the following
conditions :
1 . The licensee, Northern Track Corporation,
agrees as a condition precedent to the transfer of
these licenses , to Conditions 4 and 5 as contained
in Council File No. 281192, adopted by the Council
November 23 , 1983 .
2. The restaurant operations presently functioning
under the names Signal' s and Gordon' s shall be named
on the licenses , and the licensee shall submit the
proper applications and documentation therefor to
the License Inspector on or before March 31, 1984.
