RESOLVED, that Council File No . 281192 , adopted November 23 ,
1983 , approved November 28 , 1983 , , and effective December 3 , 1983 ,
which transferred one on sale and sunday on sale liquor license
held by Northern Track Corporation to the premises at 214 E. 4th
Street, is hereby rescinded; provided, however, that Conditions
4 and 5 are not cancelled and remain in full force and effect,
such conditions relating to the defense and indemnification of
the City in any litigation arising out of such Resolution.
