1984 GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND ISSUES
PAYING AGENT, REGISTRAR AND TRANSFER
AGENCY AGREEMENTS
WHEREAS, in connection with the 1984 general obligation
bond issues it is necessary that a paying agent, bond registrar
and transfer agent be appointed for each issue, and the Director,
Department of Finance & Management Services having solicited
proposals reconunends designation of First Trust Company of Saint
Paul ; now therefor, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
First Trust Company of Saint Paul is so designated and Agreements
Relating to Paying Agency, Registrar and Transfer Agency for the
Capital Improvement Bonds of 1984, the Water Pollution Abatement
Bonds of 1984, and the Urban Renewal Bonds of 1984 are hereby
approved for execution on behalf of the City.
