Improve RELLOGG BOULEVARD BRIDGE N0. 90378 (eastbound lane) from Exchange St.
to Market St. (Project 84-B-1133) by removing the existing asphaltic concrete
wearing surface and waterproafing, repairing the structural concrete slab, &
placing a concrete wearing surface. The drainage to be improved by incorporating
a drainage system into the wearing surface.

Improve KELLOGG BOULEVARD (eastbound lane) fro�n Cedar Street to Robert Street
(Project 84-B-1134) by removing the existing structurally supported roadway, in-
cluding (South side) curbing, sidewalk and drainage structures, constructing
aggregate base fill, construct a bituminous roadway, replacing curbing and side-
walks damaged by construction, new drainage structures, and all other work
necessary and incidental to said improvement.

having considered said report, hereby resolves:

2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 20th day o a rch� 1984 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
