sections of public land hereinafter described, be and the same
hereby are vacated and discontinued as public land:

of Lots & and 9 of Irvine 's Addition of Outlots
to the Town of St . Paul .
subject expressly to the fallowing conditions and reservations ;
1. That the vacation be subject to all the terms and conditions
of Chapter 130, codified March 1 , 1981 , of the St. Paul Legislative
Code as amended.
2 . That the City of St. Paul receives the proceeds of this
sale less allowances for Housing Redevelopment Authority administra-
tive cos�s ,
3. That the property be conveyed by Quit Claim Deed to the
Housing a�.d Redevelopment Authority for redevelopment.
