FINALLY RESOLVED, that in the fall of 1984, after the 1985 Capital Improvement Budget
has been adopted by this Council , final 1985 RSPP project allocations will be reviewed
and adopted by this Council after the CIB Committee has reviewed these priorities, made
any adjustments in cost or scope which are necessary, and recommended specific 1985
Residential Street Paving Program project allocations to the Mayor for his review and
recommendation to this Council .

A RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE ADOPTED 1984 RESIDENTIAL STREET PAVING AND
LIGHTING PROGRAM (RSPP) APPROPRIATION TO SPECIFIC PROJECTS AND ESTAB-
LISHING PRIORITIES FOR THE PROPOSED 1985 APPROPRIATION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul , after review by the
Saint Paul Planning Commission, with the advice of the Long-Range Capital Improvement
Budget Committee, and upon the recommendation of the Mayor, that the streets identified
�elov�� as "1984 RSPP Approved Projects" are approved for paving, lighting, and related
improvements from the funds indicated whose source is the 1984 Residential Street
Paving Program in the 1984 Capital Improvement Budget as adopted by this Council on
September 29, 1983:

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the projects are listed in priority order and that if project
bids are less than estimated costs, remaining funds will be allocated to project SP-0801 ,
Iglehart/St. Algans/Grotto/Hague/Laurel/Ashland, and if project bids exceed estimated
costs, the amount allocated to project SP-08Q1 , Iglehart/St. Albans/Grotto/Hague/Laurel/
Ashland, will be reduced as necessary, with the understanding that project SP-0801 is
first priority for the 1985 RSPP and that unexpended 1984 RSPP funds will be combined with
1985 RSPP funds to complete the entire project should 1984 RSPP funds be insufficient;

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the projects identified below under "1985 RSPP Project
Priorities" are recognized as the priority order of projects to be considered for
paving and related improvements from the funds indicated, whose source is the proposed
appropriation to the 1985 Residential Street Paving Program as identified in the adopted
1984 Capital Improvement Budget:
