The City funds a city wide system for Citizen Participation from two sources: CDBG and GF.
CDBG eligible districts have been provided additional CDBG funding in City Council
resolution #281262 to fund one district wide mail�ng per dis�trict in calendar year 1984.
To provide additional funding to non�CDBG eligib1e district counci1s for one district wide
mailing per district in calendar year, $5,000 is requested from the City's general funds.

Adds $5,000 to Citizen Participation from general fund; does not add personne1 .
