2 WHEREAS, St. Paul Harley-DavidsonlBuell would like to donate a lease of ten FLHPI Harley Davidson motorcycles to
3 the Saint Paul Police Department for twelve months at a cost of 5100 valued at 5360,000; and

5 WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Police Department wishes to accept this donation of a twelve-month lease of ten Harley
6 Davidson motorcycles; and
7
8 BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul accepts this donation and eatends its sincere thanks to St. Paul
9 $arley-Davidson/Buell for their contribution.

11 $E IT Ti7RTHER RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Police Department is authorized to enter into an agreement with
12 St. Paul Harley-Davidson/Bue11 which includes as indemnification clause, to lease Harley Davidson motorcycles. A copy
13 of said agreement is to be kept on £le and on record en the Office of Fainaucial Services.
