request that the On Sale Liquor License presently issued
to Bandana Square Title Corporation at 1021 Bandana Blvd. E.-
Energy Park, be transferred to Bandana Square Title
Corporation and Bandanco, Inc. at the same address.
Robert W. Sabes is the sole officer of Bandanco, Inc. The
business will be known as Filbert's Restaurant.
This application has been.reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval.
