Mr. President and Honorable Members:
The Sacred Heart Church makes application for permission
to conduct bingo games for 46 periods at 835 E. Fifth St.
This application has been made by Fr. Donulus Wunderlich.
The games will be managed by Joseph Forliti , Manager of
the games to be played on Tuesdays between the hours of
7:00 and 11:00 P:M. ending January 1, 1985.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .
