proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to :
l . See Lee the sum of $348 . 78 in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about November 30 , 1983 , as more
particularly set out in the notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk 's office on December 14 , 1983 .
2 . Stuart Montbriand the sum of $696 .48 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about December 22 , 1983 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk ' s office on January 15 , 1984 .
3 . Gerald 5. Greenlee the sum of $549 .81 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about December 31 , 1983,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk ' s office on January 9 , 1984 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY SEE LEE, STUART MONTBRIAND, AND
GERALD S. GREENLEE
Claimant , See Lee , was involved in an automobile accident with a City
of Saint Paul vehicle being driven by temporary City employee Greg
Spolarich . Mr . Spolarich rearended Mr . Lee ' s vehicle while making a
right turn at the intersection of Main and lOth 5treets . Damages in
the amount of $348 . 78 were sustained to Mr. Lee ' s car . This office
approves the settlement of Mr . Lee ' s claim in the amount of $348 . 78 .
Claimant , Stuart Montbriand, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Work ' s vehicle on
December 22 , 1983 . The City vehicle was being driven by William
Grossklaus . Mr. Grossklaus was backing around a corner at the inter-
section of Jackson and Maryland and did not see that a car was behind
him and proceeded to back into Mr. Montbriand ' s 1973 Dodge causing
$696 .48 in damages . This office approves the settlement of
Mr . Montbriand ' s claim in the amount of $696 . 48 .
Claimant , Gerald S. Greenlee , requests reimbursement for damages to
his automobile which he incurred on December 31 , 1983 when a City of
Saint Paul , Department of Police , vehicle , driven by Officer Dan
Collins , was backing out of the parking facilities at 1280 Jackson.
The squad ' s rear tires were up on a mound of snow and ice and the car
slipped about six inches and struck Mr . Greenlee ' s parked vehicle
damaging it in the amount of $549 .81 . This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Greenlee ' s claim in the amount of $549 .81 .
