WHEREAS, Frances 6. Long has submitted the attached proposed lot split for
City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 711 West Wheelock
Parkway and 1323 Alameda Street described as:
711 W. Wheelock (Tract 6): "Lots 1 , 2, 3 and 4, Block 2, Ryan's
- Subdivision of Block 6, Robert and Hendrick's Acre Lots, together with
vacated South Street accruing thereto by the reason of the vacation
thereof except that portion lying between the Easterly and the
Westerly line of Lot 16 produced South a distance of 30.7 feet and
bounded on the North by the Southerly line of said Lot and on the
South by a line drawn parallel with said South line of said Lot and
30.7 feet distant therefrom, in Block 2, Ella M. Warren's Subdivision
of Block 3, Rogers and Hendrick's Acre Lots, subject to the rights of
the public in Wheelock Parkway;" and
1323 Alameda Street (Tract A) : "Lot 16 including the area of that
portion of South Street, vacated lying between the Easterly and the
Westerly line of said lot produced South a distance of 30.7 feet and
bounded on the North by the Southerly line of said lot and on the
South by a line drawn parallel with said South line of said lot and
30.7 feet distant therefrom, in Block 2, Ella M. Warren's Subdivision
of Block 3, Rogers and Hendrick's Acre Lots;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
