WHEREAS, the Municipal Finance Officers Association has awarded the
City of Saint Paul the Certificate of Conformance in Financial Reporting
for its 1982 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report; and,
WHEREAS, George Splichal , Accountant III, has received an Award of
Financial Reporting Achievement for his role in preparing the 1982 Compre-
hensive Annual Financial Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the City Council , on behalf of
the City of Saint Paul , acknowledges George Splichal `s receipt of the
MFOA Award of Financial Reporting Achievement and expresses its appreciation
for his work resulting in the award of the Certificate of Conformance.
