RESOLVED, £hat upon execution and delivery of a release in
full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund
09070-511-000 to Steven Ahl the sum of $300 . 00 in full settlement
of his claim for damages sustained December 18, 1980, as a result
of an incident arising out of an arrest by police officers at or
near 425 Goodrich, Saint Paul.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Steven Ahl
This case involves a claim of alleged police brutality occurring
on December 18, 1980 . Plaintiff claims that a St. Paul Police
Officer struck him several times in the head and kicked him in the
groin in the course of a routine traffic stop.
This office recommends settlement of this claim in the amount of
$300 .
