WHEREAS, Joseph R. Plumbo, dlbla 7oseph R. Plumbo, taYicab license # 111,
cunently operates with the color scheme of orange and white, w]th lettering on the side
identifying it as a Diamond Cab vehicie; and
WHEREAS, licensee has requested permission to change the color scheme of his vehicle
to dazk purple with white lettering, identifying the cab as affiliated with River City Cab; and
WHEREAS, Saint Paul Legislative Code §376.08 (b) prohibits a licensee from changing
the color scheme on a vehicle without first obtaining the approval of the City Council; now,
therefore, he it
RESOLVED, that Joseph R. Plumbo is hereby authorized to change the color scheme of
his vehicle from orange and white to dark purple with white lettering identifying iYs affiliation
with River City Cab.
