an On Sale Liquor License at 901 Payne Avenue. They make application for
an Entertainment License at the same address.
Joseph Thomas is the President of John's Place, Inc. , and the business is
known as Thomases Lounge.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division and
the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
