RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Nancy McAfee
Minnesota Statute 549 .09 provides for interest on judgments
and verdict. On July 11, 1983, judgment of entered in favor
of Nancy McAfee and against the City of Saint Paul hereby the
City paid Ms. McAfee $9 , 180 and the attached resolution provides
for the interest on that settlement which amounts to $325 .62 .
This office hereby recommends the payment of this interest per
Minn. Stat. 549 . 09 .
