RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in
full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund
09070-511-000 to Denice Lynn Marshall the sum of $750 . 00 in full
settlement of her claim for damages sustained May 4 , 1982 , as
a result of an accident with a City vehicle at or near 12th and
Jackson Streets.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Denice Lynn Marshall
This suit involves an automobile accident occurring on May 4 ,
1982 at 10 : 30 p.m. at the intersection of 12th and Jackson Streets .
At that time, the street lights and traffic signals located at
that intersection were not operational. An unmarked car driven
by a St. Paul police officer on westbound 12th Street collided
with plaintiff ' s vehicle, which was traveling northbound on
Jackson.
Plaintiff ' s property damages were approximately $1, 500 . This
office recommends settlement of this case for the sum of $750 .
