set�lement of her claim for damages sustained April 24, 1982,

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by RaeChelle Klossner
This case involves a claim by plaintiff that she tripped and injured
her ankle on a defective sidewalk located at 725 Magnolia. A
city sidewalk inspector requested a repair of that sidewalk area
on April 2 , 1982 . Plaintiff fell on April 24 , 1982 . The sidewalk
was not repaired until May 26 , 1982 .
Plaintiff ' s doctor gave her permanent disability to her right
ankle of 11% .
This office recommends settlement of this case for the amount of
$1, 500 .
