RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000
to Firemans Insurance Company the sum of $2 , 102 in full settlement
of its subrogation claim relative to the claim of Eric Hagen against
the City of Saint Paul which arose out of an automobile accident
on August 26, 1980, at or near Snelling and Hoyt Avenues, whereby
the City of Saint Paul settled Eric Hagen' s claim by Council File
No. 279590, adopted December 16, 1982 , in the amount of $15, 000 .

RE: Subrogation claim against the City of
Saint Paul by Firemans Insurance Company
Firemans Insurance Company has made a subrogation claim against
the City of Saint Paul for reimbursement of money they paid out
to Eric Hagen relative to an accident which occurred on
August 26, 1980 at or near Snelling and Hoyt Avenues in the
City of Saint Paul .
This office recommends payment to Firemans Insurance Company
in the amount of $2 , 102 since the City has already settled the
claim Eric Hagen had against the City in the amount of $15, 000,
pursuant to C. F. No. 279590, adopted December 16, 1982 .
