WHEREAS, Stavoco Industries has submitted the attached proposed registered
land survey for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the proposed registered land survey at
293 Comnercial Street; and
WHEREAS, the proposed registered land survey meets all the requirements for
a lot split except that part of the property has not been platted and there
is a need to dedicate public right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, Stavoco Industries, Inc. and Radium Petroleum Company have agreed
to plat the property within 3 months, have submitted a preliminary plat for
review, and are holding in escrow a sum of $500 to cover the cost of
platting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts this
` registered land survey so that the deeds can be recorded, provided that the
property at 293 Corrmercial Street is platted in accordance with St. Paul 's
subdivision regulations within the next three months.
