the On Sale Liquor License presently issued to Mayville,
Inc. dba/ The Blue Horse (Clifford E. Warling, President)
at 1355 University Avenue be transferred to The Blue Horse,
Inc. , to do business as The Blue Horse (John M. Warling,
President) at the same address.
John M. Warling will operate this business personally, and
it will be known as The Blue Horse.
This application has been revie4red by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .
