Thomas L. Houck and Andy LaMotte request that Taxicab
License No. 63 presently issued to Thomas L. Houck,
presently doing business as Yellow Taxi , be transferred
to Andy LaMotte to do business as Yellow Taxi .
This vehicle will be operated under the name of Yellow
Taxi and will be painted yellow.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's Office. The
recommendation is for approval .
