WHEREAS, Elmer Argetsinger has submitted the attached proposed lot split
for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 549 and 555 Cromwell
Avenue described as:
549 Cromwell (Tract B) : "Lot 7 and that part of Lot 8 that lies
Southerly of the Northerly 18.80 feet thereof, including the vacated
alley adjacent thereto; and subject to an easement for ingress and
egress purposes only over the Easterly 76.00 feet of the Northerly 5.50
feet of that part of Lot 8, that lies Southerly of the Northerly 18.80
feet thereof; together with an easement for ingress and egress
purposes only over the Easterly 76.00 feet of the Southerly 4.00 feet
of the Northerly 18.80 feet of Lot 8, all in Block 9, Desnoyer Park
Addition;" and
555 Cromwell (Tract A): "Lot 9 and the Northerly 18.80 feet of Lot 8,
including the vacated alley adjacent thereto; subject to an easement
for ingress and egress purposes over the Easterly 76.00 feet of the
Southerly 4.00 feet of the Northerly 18.80 feet of Lot 8; together with
an easement for ingress and egress purposes only over the Easterly
76.00 feet of the Northerly 5.50 feet of that part of Lot 8, that lies
Southerly of the Northerly 18.80 feet thereof, all in Block 9, Desnoyer
Park Addition;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
