In the Matter of improving SPRINGSIDE DRIVE from Point Douglas Road (Trunk
Highway 61) to Burlington Road (City Project 84-P-0953) by �e$rading
and paving, constructing curb and gutter, constructing new catch
basins, construct new driveways� constructing an ornamental lighting
system, and do all other work necessary and incidental to said improve-
ment. This proposed project is in conjunction with the construction
of the stoxm sewer.
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby ap proved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 382�000 financed by 1984 public Improvement Aid $18,000, 1984 Municipal
'ate Aid $324,000 and 1984 Capital Improvement Budget ��0 000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th day of Februarv, 81► , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
