In the Matter of improving Bridge No. 3575 which carries FORD PARRWAY over the
Mississippi River and Mississippi River Blvd. over a ravine under the
bridge, by removing the existing expansion joints and replacing them
with new joints and carrying out repairs of deteriorated concrete in
structural members on the portion of the bridge between Mississippi
River Boulevard and the west City limits and removing the asphalt
wearing surface and replacing it with a concrete wesring surface on
that portion of the bridge carrying Mississippi River Boulevard.
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 410,000 financed by 1984 County Aid.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 31st day of JB�uary, 1984 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
