WHEREAS, the description of Parcel "A" in Resolution C.F. No. 281200,
approved November 30, 1983, which reads; to wit:
Parcel "A" - That part of Sibley Street ad3oining Block 9,
Whitney and Smith's Addition to St. Paul and of Registered
Land Survey No. 273 that lies Southwesterly of a line 10.00
feet Northeasterly of and parallel with the Northeasterly
line of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, said Block 9 and Tract J of
said R.L.S. and Southeasterly of a line 70.00 feet South-
easterly of and parallel with the Northeasterly extension
across said street of the Northwesterly line of Tract G of
said R.L.S. and Northwesterly of the Northeasterly extension
across said street of the Southeasterly line of said Lot 6;
and
WHEREAS, said description in Resolution C.F. No. 281200 contains a
typographical error; therefore, .
BE IT RESOLVED, that the description of Parcel "A�' in Resolution
C.F. No. 281200 is hereby amended to read as follows; to wit:

Land Survey No. 373 that lies Southwesterly of a line 10.00
