and directed to execute an Agreement with the Eastern Minnesota
Speed Skating Association pertaining to the maintenance of a speed
skating track at Lake Como for the 1983-84 speed skating season, a
copy of said Agreement to be kept on file and of record in the
Department of Finance and Management Services .
