The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

The Public Works Committee , at its meeting of December 28 , 1983 , took
the following action:
. 1/10/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving FAIRVIEW AVENUE from
Montreal Avenue to St. Clair Avenue by resurfacing iaith a
bituminous material , constructing concrete curb where
necessary, and reconstructing catch basins and drives where
necessary. �
Sent to City Council without recommendation.
1/10/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving LEXINGTON PKWY, from
Fort Road to St . Clair Avenue by constructing a bituminous
overlay, cold milling F� removing old surfacing along gutter
line , replacing small portions of deteriorated curbing �
a11 other work necessary and incidental to said improvernent .
Also , to decide on improving .LEXINGTON PKWY. BRIDGE N0. 62511
between Jefferson Avenue and Lombard Street by removing .
defective concrete and resurfacing , replacing expansion
joints and all other work necessary to said improvement .
Recommended Approval
1/10/84 FINAL ORDER: to decide on improving ARLINGTON AVENUE from
• Westminster to Edgerton by grading �, paving , constructing
a bituminous overlay , constructing new concrete curb �
gutter, constructing NEW SIDEWALKS on both sides of Arlington
construct new driveways and do all other work necessary and
incidental to said improvement. Also construct a storm sewer
in Arlington from Edgemont to Bradley, and a temporary con-
struction easement as necessary to restore private property
in connection with the sidewalk construction.
Motion by H. rlasanz for approval of Street Improvement and
eliminate the construction of new sidewalks .
