The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the above improvement, due notice .
thereof having been given as prescribed by the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendations pertaining to said proposed improve-
ment and has fully considered the same; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the above-described improvement
be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City officers shall calculate
all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

City and Group Health Plan, Inc.

COMO PARK RESOLUTIONS:
Resolution modifying the Master Plan for Com Park and
terminating the trial period of certain changes in the roadway
system AND setting forth new roadway criteris AND approving a
future agenda for park use , certain traffic within the park
complex and trolley� system plan.
RESOLUTTON authorizing the Division of Parks and Recreation
to obliterate certain unplatted park roadway sections
within Como Park.
First Reading - C. F. 280717 - An ordinance amending �Ordinance
No. 13534, approved January 31 , 1967 , pertaining to one-way
streets by adding sections as listed of W. Como Lake Blvd. ,
E. Como Lake Drive and Gateway Drive ; all within Como Park
Complex.
' The above three items are to be withdrawn and replaced with
another resolution. .
ACTION BY COMMITTEE 11/30/83 - Resolved flow of traffic at
the south end of Como Lake, creating two-way traffic on
Gateway Drive to Lexington Avenue via Horton. Also cleared
up roadway on section commonly called "Hail Mary Corner"
(Victoria, Wheelock, Maryland, Como) . Also created two-way
entrance and exit to Como Avenue at Como Place and Como Blvd.

The Public Works Committee , at its meeting of December 28 , 1983, took
the following action:
. 1/10/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving FAIRVIEW AVENUE from
Montreal Avenue to St . Clair Avenue by resurfacing i,►ith a
bituminous material , constructing concrete curb where
necessary, and reconstructing catch basins and drivES where
necessary. �
Sent to City Council without recommendation.
1/10/84 FINAL ORDER: To decide on improving LEXINGTON PKWY. from
Fort Road to St . Clair Avenue by constructing a bituminous
overlay, cold milling F� removing old surfacing along gutter
line , replacing small portions of deteriorated curbing �
all other work necessary and incidental to said improvement .
Also , to decide on improving .LEXINGTON PKWY. BRIDGE N0. 62511
between Jefferson Avenue and Lbmbard Street by removing .
defective concrete and resurfacing , replacing expansion
joints and a11 other work necessary to said improvement .

NOTE: The proposed storm sewer is a small part of a larger
storm sewer system to serve a drainage area bounded by
Ivy, Larpenteur, Edgerton and the Soo Line right-of-way.
We propose no assessments for the storm sewer at this
time. We will consider assessments •for this sewer
construction at the time of completion of the whole
system, which may be several years away.
