APPEARANCE: Bernard & Kay Ostertag ' PROCEEDINGS: Mr. Ostertag explairied they did not know if they needed a fire alarm system or not. Greg Plante said it was de- termined their building was not 3 stories so the alarm system was not required. Mr. Plante also explained they have backed down on the fire-rated doors and are now allowing 1/2" paneled doors so �ir. Ostertag meets code on that. He further stated the fire depart- ment strongly recommend s 2 hinges for the self-closing devices. BOARD ACTION: Ron Glassman felt that it was not necessary for the Ostertag's to come before the board, therefore, he moved that they be granted a refund of their $10. 00 filing fee.
