WHEREAS: Henry M. Hanten, non-intoxicating malt (3.2 beer) beverage menu item
only licensee at 724 North Snelling Avenue, doing business as Henrie's
Restaurant, has requested permission to add a small service bar to an
adjoining room which is currently being used for additional seating in
order to change to a full service non-intoxicating malt (3.2 beer)
establishment, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the area for the service be and the same is hereby extended to
include a full service bar non-intoxicating malt (3.2 beer) establishment.

Henry M. Hanten requests permission for a change in service
from a non-intoxicating malt (3.2 beer) beverage menu item
only to a full service non-intoxicating malt (3.2 beer)
establishment by adding a small service bar to an adjoinging
room which is currently being used for additional seating at
Henrie's Restaurant at 724 North Snelling Avenue.
This request was made by Henry M. Hanten, who is the
operator of Henrie's Restaurant.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division. The recommendation is for approval .
