The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On March 3, 2000 an inspection was done to determine whether to renew the certificate of occupancy for the building at 962 Burr Street. A list of deficiencies was noted, and a re- inspection date of April ll, 2000 was set. At that inspection, and subsequent reinspections on May 17, 2000, June 23, 2000 and July 27, 2000, there was stil] no compliance with the correction orders. The certificate of occupancy for the building was revoked on June 23, 2000. Pursuant to Saint Paul Legislative Code §310.06(b)(3), it is a basis for adverse actioa against a licensa that the premises which are licensed do not comply with applicable health, huusing, fire, zoning and building codes and regulations. If you do not dispute the above facts please send me a letter with a statement to that effect. The matter will then be scheduled for a hearing before the St. Paul City Councii to determine what penalty, if any, to impose. The basis for the recommendation is as follows: On March 3, 2000 an inspection was done to determine whether to renew the certificate of occupancy for the building at 962 Burr Street. A list of deficiencies was noted, and a re- inspection date of April ll, 2000 was set. At that inspection, and subsequent reinspections on May 17, 2000, June 23, 2000 and July 27, 2000, there was stil] no compliance with the correction orders. The certificate of occupancy for the building was revoked on June 23, 2000. Pursuant to Saint Paul Legislative Code §310.06(b)(3), it is a basis for adverse actioa against a licensa that the premises which are licensed do not comply with applicable health, huusing, fire, zoning and building codes and regulations.
