No. 164-090--C4) from approximately 75 feet east of Fish Hatchery Road to approximately 700 feet west of said Fish Hatchery Road, and; WHEREAS, in order to complete said improvements, the City of Saint Paul will need to acquire easements on property owned by State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, and WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources agrees that this is needed improvement and desires the City to proceed with it plans to improve said bike trail, so THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works proceed with the plans to improve the above mentioned bike trail, and is FURTHER RESOLVED, to comply with State of Minnesota Statutes, M.S. 84.63, M.5.84.631 and i6 other applicable statutes for an Easement to Cross State Land, the City of Saint Paul will apply for the i7 easement azea needed with the State of Minnesota and value said easement azea by independent is appraisal.
