AMENDING THE 1974, 1976, 1978 AND 1982 CAPITAL IMPROVE�IENT BUDGETS TO
PROVIDE FUNDING FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul , upon the recommendation of the Mayor, with
the advice of the Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that the 1974, 1976, 1978
and 1982 Capital Improvement _Budgets, as adopted and amended by this Council , are hereby further
amended in the following particulars:

$22,000 in Capital Improvement Bond balances from closed projects and
contingency will be expended. Personnel training will be able to
