That a permanent utility easement shall be retained within the vacated area to protect the interest

I am requesting a date of November 15, 2000 for a Public Hearing to approve the
attached Council Resolution. The purpose of the resolution is to vacate part of the alley
near 866 Mound Street to allow far the encroachment of an existing garage onto the area.
This vacation will be for the life of the existing structure only.
The utilities and usual City offices with rights to the area being vacated have all
responded to our inquiries regarding the proposed vacation. Their responses are with the
resolution as it is being routed for signatures. The resolution is cunently in the City
Attorney's office.
I have attached a copy of the green sheet, the Council Resolution, and a map of the area
to be vacated. Please let me l�ow if there is anything else you might need for this.
Needs to be on the Council Agenda by October 25 for the Public Hearing to be held on
November 15!

I am requesting a date of November 15, 2000 for a Public Hearing to approve the
attached Council Resolution. The purpose of the resolution is to vacate part of the alley
near 866 Mound Street to allow far the encroachment of an existing garage onto the area.
This vacation will be for the life of the existing structure only.
The utilities and usual City offices with rights to the area being vacated have all
responded to our inquiries regarding the proposed vacation. Their responses are with the
resolution as it is being routed for signatures. The resolution is cunently in the City
Attorney's office.
I have attached a copy of the green sheet, the Council Resolution, and a map of the area
to be vacated. Please let me l�ow if there is anything else you might need for this.
Needs to be on the Council Agenda by October 25 for the Public Hearing to be held on
November 15!

I am requesting a date of November 15, 2000 for a Public Hearing to approve the
attached Council Resolution. The purpose of the resolution is to vacate part of the alley
near 866 Mound Street to allow far the encroachment of an existing garage onto the area.
This vacation will be for the life of the existing structure only.
The utilities and usual City offices with rights to the area being vacated have all
responded to our inquiries regarding the proposed vacation. Their responses are with the
resolution as it is being routed for signatures. The resolution is cunently in the City
Attorney's office.
I have attached a copy of the green sheet, the Council Resolution, and a map of the area
to be vacated. Please let me l�ow if there is anything else you might need for this.
Needs to be on the Council Agenda by October 25 for the Public Hearing to be held on
November 15!
