Clayton Club, Inc. dba Belmont Club (Walter A. Montpetit,
President) at 615 University Avenue, be transferred to
M.F.L. , Inc. and Clayton Club, Inc. at the same address.
David S. F. Fan is the President and will personally
operate the business.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's Office. The
